In this role, you have the opportunity to

Drive End to End Process Integration and Standardization to drive digital transformation in Asia Pacific Region across multiple factories.  As a regional business process expert, you will be part of core team in APAC defining the roadmap and effective deployment of Warehouse management & Inventory management process primarily within factory wall using SAP ECC / WMS

You are responsible for

  • Deploy and realize value through execution of warehouse management processes
  • Give inputs to Global Business Process Experts to Create, Update and maintain process and procedures in Business Process Modeling Software - Philips Excellence Process Framework (PEPF)
  • Gather business requirements and handshake them with IT for new capability / transformation program deployment and be part of software validation
  • Ensure alignment and execution of business process and IT solutions deployment projects within functional domains; Coordinate cross-sector/process standardization and simplification.
  • Review and analyze impact of business process change requests on the product and process data for Integrated Supply Chain.
  • Distinguish standard vs. unique business requirements for all sector processes, minimizing differentiation.
  • Keep up to date with industry standard and benchmarks and implement process best practices to the organization.

You are a part of

Business Transformation Organization’s Order to Cash (O2C) function and part of Plan to Finished Goods (P2FG) team.  In this role, you will manage stakeholders across multiple factories and IT to accelerate value creation in overall Warehouse and Inventory management.  

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • A bachelor or master’s degree and minimum 10  years of work experience and at least 5 years in Warehouse Management (WMS) and Inventory management (IM) transformation.
  • Expert in warehouse/inventory management process domain in SAP WMS/IM functionality, Develop, implement, and drive continuous improvements of the standardized business capabilities.
  • Experience in Bill-of-Material Management (PP-BD-BOM)
  • Knowledge in AGV integration & deployment
  • Proven ability to be a strong, independent leader who can manage a complex business / program environment.
  • Strong communicator who is able to work with different functions within the organization.
  • Team player who can collaborate with both business and program teams with ability to translate business requirements into IT / data solutions.
  • Structured, organized and stress resilient personality able quickly to understand the issues and bring together necessary resources to resolve them.
  • Ability to manage data conversion activities to support SAP i-Imaging deployments
  • Familiar with SCRUM-Agile methodologies
