You are responsible for

根据公司法规处理合同(起草等)

理解合同基本条款,编制常用合同范本,指导合同业务工作;
监督合同履行和结算;
参与合同谈判,提出合同相关的风险防范措施

对合同和相关资料组卷归档
内审外审工作支持
参与,支持公司合同有关的业务培训

积极参与公司内部精益工作流程项目

参与尽职调查工作

You are a part of


日本市场供应链运营团队

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

本科或者本科以上学历.

候选人必须拥有日语一级证书,具备基本商务日语沟通能力.

候选人具备基本的英文书面阅读书写能力,拥有CET-4/6 证书者加分.

拥有3年或者3年以上在日本企业工作或者服务日本客户经历.

熟练使用各种办公室office 软件(WORD/EXCEL/PPT etc.)

具备一定的ERP软件使用经验(SAP优先)

对于日本的相关法律法规有基本常识(税法等)

具备医疗产品经验者加分.

良好的跨部门沟通能力.

性格稳重,做事务实踏实.
