HR Contact Center Advisor (for India)

Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Provide overall support in HR matters during the employee life-cycle including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, payroll, training, the exit process and other general HR administration for India country.

You are responsible for

  • Answer any HR related inquiries from Employees, Managers and HRs via 3 channels, call, online chat & ticketing system.
  • Well understanding on the HR content for India Market including Employee Life-cycle, Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Benefits, Learning and other related HR policies and processes.
  • Navigate on different HR systems (Workday, MyPay, MyBenefits, Separation Tools) and understand relationships in between.
  • Drive the communication (including email and online training) to Employee and Line Manger to provide updates on HR policy/practice
  • Liaise with Indian local functional HRs including Rewards and Talent Acquisition to understand local HR updates and provide necessary support
  • Partner with team members to drive teams excellence on service quality and better employee experience
  • Assist with Team Lead on HR projects as required at India Market.

You are a part of

The Contact Center Advisor reports to the Asia Contact Center Manager, while functionally reports to the India & APAC Contact Centre Team Lead.

The position is part of the PHILIPS People Services Asia Suzhou Hub.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of HR processes, policies and systems
  • Experience in HR Shared Service organization or HR generalist experiences can be a plus
  • Effective listening and communication skills
  • Able to work in a changing environment to meet demanding deadlines and timescales
  • Pro-active in managing and prioritizing your activities
  • Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional and efficient manner
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Personal integrity when handling confidential information
  • Graduate with Bachelor or equivalent degree
  • Understand SAP system is plus
