In this role, you have the opportunity to

Deliver educational and consultancy services to our customers as well as handle customer related product or service requests. This family is of a Clinical background, and works collaboratively with the wider organisation to provide exceptional service to our customers.

You are responsible for

  • Providing education or consultancy in accordance with Philips standards, guidelines and product specific training material
  • Advising customers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage of the delivered equipment
  • Providing first-line Clinical support to customers, communicates solutions or actions, acting in accordance with our regulatory guidelines
  • Receiving & registers requests or problems coming in from all channels
  • Accurately documents service records inclusive of guidance given to the customer and resolution using the Service management system
  • Acting on Customer escalations, Complaints (safety / non safety related) or feedback, following agreed processes to ensure that information is captured accurately as possible, to allow for timely follow up

You are a part of

The Services and Solutions Delivery team where your professional and clinical support will be highly valued and recognized. You will report to Clinical Services Leader.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree in Medical Imaging is preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in hospital or healthcare industry
  • Knowledge in competitors’ product and technology is preferred
  • Good presentation, selling and communication skills
