In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better
Using skills from the Industrial engineer, Financial/Economic and Business Sciences in combination with awareness of product knowledge, to manage the best product cost, make cost transparent, drive costing saving, provide IE support for operation running and improving.
You are responsible for
Create, maintain and analyze product cost prices. To ensure a right standard FCP ready for financial analysis and factory cost control.
Update FCP on quarterly rolling forecast and submit to VIPP team on time/on quality.
Support financial and business control affairs to new project.
Provide Business analysis to support a right decision making.
Supporting to create a costing saving culture, initiate creative cost down ideas.
Factory layout and supply chain supporting.
Create and maintain operation standard.
Supporting production improvement and operation management.
NPI project product FCP analysis. Control the FCP to a healthy trend with the team’s support.
NPI project production layout, flow, operation standard create and improve.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Education学历:
Bachelor's degree in Costing or product related subjects
Experience工作经验:
3-5 years working experiences on costing or industrial engineer. Costing related expereince is prefered.
Competency and Skills 能力和技能:
Master on product cost analysis.
Sufficient computer operating skill, familiar with Windows office software.
Good English ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Creative thinking, proactive and positive.
Have basic lean and industrial engineer knowledges.
Being self-motivated and dependable.
Travel Frequency 出差频率:
about one time per month.
