You are responsible for

  • Confirming & using the project objectives and customer success criteria, formulating the project plan, in consultation with project team members and other parties concerned on base of the customer contract.  
  • Organizing the internal and external resources to be used (quality, time, budget and information) and specifying the quality standard in the processes. Including engaging with procurement for quotes / orders from external suppliers.  
  • Defining the risks (technical and commercial) of the project and developing scenarios to overcome these risks.
  • Directing project teams and giving them operational guidance, regarding content and organization. Managing external resources (e.g. sub-contractors).  
  • Implementing and realizing according to the project plan or validated project order in terms of quality, money, time, information, organization and final customer acceptance.  
  • Driving compliancy to applicable regulations (Q&R/ H&S) by own organization, third parties and partners in the project.
  • Controlling the project budget and project progress, evaluating all change requests as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, taking corrective actions when necessary and generating adequate reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicating with and manages stakeholders.
  • Ensuring relevant reports (relating to progress, etc.) are produced.
  • Ensuring all issues are being managed and resolved in a timely manner
  • Developing recovery plans when a project is not expected to meet its target(s) or constraints
  • Executing lessons learned meetings after project completions and converting those lessons into knowledge articles, training content or other actions of improvement

You are a part of:

Professional Service Delivery team and reporting to professional service delivery leader. You will work closely with technical team and commercial sales/marketing teams, etc.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:

  • Master’s degree in a position-relevant program (health science, business, or engineering).
  • 10 years’ service business working experience in IT industry, telecommunication or professional service industry
  • Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English verbally and in writing.
  • With passion of serving customers, team working and highly responsible and loyal to the company.
  • Strong track record in end to end professional service management, from identifying business opportunities to closing the deal
  • Strong capability in problem structuring, analyzing and problem solving
  • Great communication skills and interpersonal skills; Strong team spirit in working seamlessly with multiple stakeholders
  • Quickly develop enduring relationships with clients at all levels to ensure project completion, client success, and win repeat business
  • Subject matter expertise for Healthcare Provider clients and be part of a collaborative cross solution project team
  • Travel Frequency 出差频率: >50%
