As Regulatory Security Compliance Lead, you are driving the Market Greater China businesses in their journey towards adhering to China local government regulations in terms of Cyber Security and Data Security areas, such as MLPS management (Multi-Level Protection Scheme), Data Storage and Cross-Border Data Transfer (CBDT), as well as other relevant regulatory and Philips’ internal Security Policies. You will be responsible for identifying and validating compliance scopes, design the overall compliance structure and setting up annual compliance schedules and driving and assisting businesses to ensure execution excellence thereof. You will be working with relevant government agencies and external parties in filing and verifying compliance adherence. Apart from closely working with business, you will be closely aligning and working with other corporate functions such as IT, Legal, Quality and HR to ensure all aspects of compliance requirements are being met.
