  • Contribute to China market No.1 male grooming brand’s business, build sustainable high growth road-map and business strategy that will help improve the lives of 300 million Chinese men

  • Be a leading role in driving local innovations and modernize brand image through meaningful cooperation with IP partnership
  • Shape assets requirement and create world-class product-related images and video material for China market

You are responsible for

  • Develop a deep understanding of local consumer & shopper insights, market trends and the competitive landscape. Translate these insights into winning local propositions.
  • Manage the market introduction process for new launches.
  • Driving C2B projects for male grooming through strategical partnership with key accounts on utilizing e-platform data to create consumer-generated propositions and products
  • Gifting and IP portfolio Local-for-local and Global-for-local Innovation and GTM plans and execution
  • Owns and defines high-end shaving portfolio and strategy, identification of new opportunities (through value proposition creation) and proposals for new products and services to keep driving market share in mid-to-high-end by trading up consumers
  • Strategically summarizing all running changes per business needs and be the leading connection point with global on driving RTC
  • Ideation, validation, partnership exploration and management, and aligning channelization portfolio, marketing communication strategy and assets creation
  • Build and maintain extensive relationships with key stakeholders including retail customers, innovation centers, global consumer marketing, Design, market intelligence and local Management Team
  • Quality and integrity as always: Drive consumer satisfaction (R&R and engagement) and portfolio optimization

You are a part of

Philips China Male Grooming team.You will report to Senior Innovation Marketing Manager, Male Grooming and collaborate with many other teams including Trade Marketing, Digital marketing, PR, E-commerce, Sales, Finance.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of consumer marketing, product management, or consumer insights
  • University degree with Business/ Strategic Marketing direction.
  • Experience with translating market research and shopper insights into product concepts and new propositions.
  • Experience with product development and product launches.
  • An outgoing personality who is persuasive in communication, has ability to collaborate effectively with and manage stakeholders. 
  • An organizer with excellent planning & organizational skills, being able to prioritize and manage both short term, long term tasks/priorities, and stress resistant.
  • A driven, solution-oriented, analytical candidate, who is a quick decision-maker.
  • FMCG background is a plus
  • Excellent fluency in written/spoken Chinese and English.
