You are responsible for

  • A&P / promotional rebate settlement application document compliance checks (All Amount);
  • Monitoring and follow-up of aging A&P / promotional rebate claims. Ensure the settlement status in margin system are reconciled with SAP transactions.
  • Dealer (Margin / A&P) expense reconciliation with distributors.
  • Help sales team monitor margin/A&P settlement status and resolve pending issues (being an active contact point between sales team and AccOps team)
  • Rebate calculation for responsible regions / channels and complete SAP maintenance.
  • Closely work with sales team to drive business performance.
  • Communicate and help to implement / reinforce company policies and processes.
  • Discount maintenance and "红冲" confirmation for contractual and promotional rebates.
  • Other tasks per line manager instruction.

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • 4+ years of Inter Operation Control experience, preferably in Sales and Marketing MNC organization.
  • Univ. level with Finance background.
  • Ability to think from a broad Business Perspective and strategically and out-of-the box, team player, planning & organizational skills, executor, accurate, stress resistant.
  • Good English & Mandarin.
