建立高速增长个人健康产品线在新渠道销售和市场；同时推进飞利浦数字化转型之旅，让飞利浦发展成为健康科技的全球领导者。
您的职责是：
· 根据销售目标及预算制定全年/季度销售计划和各项销售费用规划
· 根据公司销售目标制定全年进销存计划，每月跟进达成情况并及时沟通调整，确保目标达成
· 与公司各部门之间沟通并整合资源，如货品、各项活动政策等，及时与销售团队沟通并保证公司销售政策的高效落地执行
· 与客户保持良好的沟通，促成客户目标顺利达成
· 熟悉并了解新渠道(如小红书、微信视频号等)的电商玩法，推动公司业务在新渠道的快速发展
您隶属部门的架构和文化
新渠道团队，该团队负责飞利浦个人健康产品线所有品类在新渠道的销售；这是一个多元化的多职能团队，拥有专业、活泼的工作文化氛围。 您将向高级经理报告，并与其他多个团队有紧密的合作。与您合作的同事包括，市场，财务等部门。
要成功应聘本职位，您应当具备以下技能和经验
· 大学本科，良好中英文读写与沟通能力
· 5年以上销售相关工作经验（有分销商管理经验优先）
· 2年以上线上市场营销相关工作经验（有抖音、快手、小红书市场营销经验优先）
· 有丰富的整合活动经验，熟悉电商玩法，精通内容营销，并有大型电商活动成功案例
· 具有数据分析整合能力，良好的沟通能力
· 良好的团队合作意识、强烈的责任心和积极主动的工作态度
