Your role:

• Support Sleep & Respiratory Care business target achievement through marketing position/strategy, product/solution training, and campaign management
• Drive annual strategic plan (BMC/ others) together with China local functions and BIUs to ensure annual business target realization
• Work closely with Sales, Clinical, ISC, Marcom and Q&R team, to develop Value Clinical proposition, Business Strategies and define key messages to targeted customer segmentation
• Provide customer’s audience and personas pains and needs as well as business specific insights in the marketing plans
• Drive customer satisfaction for assigned audiences
• Provide market insights and trends and reviewing the value proposition and global plans in the product development phase and localizing them for the market (Local Launch Brief)
• Keep close communication and interaction with industry associations, KOLs, policy stakeholders and reference site customers, develop thought leadership programs and advisory programs to strengthen Philips leading position and influential power
• Lead to develop diversified marketing and sales tools to support business development, like brochure, video, leaflet, customer stories

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor degree or above
• >10 years experience in medical devices industry with solid marketing skills
• Capability of innovative, strong accountability and initiative, passion for new business
• Strategic thinking, open minded and excellent communication capability to efficiently influence others
• Good at English and strategic presentation
