Job Description
Our Talent Intelligence (TI) team operates as a strategic force that spans the entirety of our organization, including businesses, regions, and functions.

Our data-driven approach leverages a wealth of information, including economic data, workforce statistics, skills assessments, recruitment insights, competitor intelligence, and compensation analysis.
This arsenal of data empowers us to provide actionable insights that guide leaders in critical decision-making processes, including but not limited to:
1. Location Strategies: We assist in formulating location strategies that optimize talent acquisition and operational efficiency.
2. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Divestments: Our intelligence aids in M&A assessments, though a due diligence process on targets and ensuring the seamless execution of divestment strategies.
3. Organizational Benchmarking: We offer benchmarking insights to gauge your organization's performance against industry standards and competitors, enabling data-driven decisions for growth and improvement.

As a Talent Intelligence Manager, you'll join our dynamic global Talent Intelligence team, serving as a crucial local resource for stakeholders in China while actively participating in global initiatives. Our primary focus is on delivering impactful insights and guidance related to external talent and organizations to formulate and refine our most effective talent strategies.
Talent Intelligence stands at the forefront of emerging fields, and its pivotal role in shaping Philips' strategic business decisions and informing the practices of our recruiters cannot be overstated. Your role:
• Lead and Drive Research Initiatives: Take charge as a project lead for research projects, overseeing their successful execution.
• In-Depth Research: Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research to acquire crucial data that informs strategic decision-making on a wide range of human-capital-related subjects, such as Location Studies, M&A, Organizational Benchmarking, and more.
• Data Analysis and Actionable Insights: Employ your expertise to dissect and comprehend research data, distilling complex findings into clear and actionable recommendations for our stakeholders.
• Labor Market Mastery: Showcase a profound understanding of critical job functions, key geographic locations, and prevailing labor market dynamics and trends.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Skillfully manage relationships with stakeholders both globally and in China, ensuring open lines of communication and effective collaboration throughout the research process.
• Trusted Advisory Role: Assume the role of a trusted advisor to various stakeholders across the organization, offering invaluable insights drawn from talent intelligence, labor market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
You're the right fit if:
• You hold a degree in business, economics, finance, or have relevant equivalent experience.
• You demonstrate outstanding data analytics skills, with the ability to extract valuable insights from intricate datasets.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools is a requirement, and familiarity with data visualization platforms such asQlik is highly advantageous.
• Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate insights and recommendations clearly and concisely.
• You are fluent in both English and Mandarin, facilitating effective communication with global stakeholders.
