• Use your technical knowledge and experience to troubleshoot, service and maintain Diagnostic Imaging equipment.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You're the right fit if:

• More than two years of working experience about customer service in healthcare industry
• Strong technical knowledge on healthcare products and good communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related major
• Good execution skill and good self-motivation along with self-management
