In this role, you have the opportunity to

            To manage transactional contracts orders to ensure that the customer receives the ordered products and services in the right time and on the right place and under the agreed terms and conditions

• To review and complete bookable requests initiated by customer as well as internal processes in compliance with booking standards
• To enrich the requests with complete information so that they can be provisioned by the right system and the role
• To trigger the request to the right system and coordinate that those are accepted correctly
• To monitor orchestration process to trigger actions to other processes and fix any issues
• To coordinate with connected processes and systems to ensure delivery of commitments over the life of the contract

You are responsible for

• Work as a part of a team to monitor and own bookable requests for complex and configurable solutions contracts
• Review the bookable requests in line with compliance requirements
• Enrich the requests with order information so as to book it correctly
• Work in complex environment with Customer Success Managers and Delivery Managers to monitor contract
• Monitor follow up processes and trigger the right roles when required
• Resolve issues related to orchestration steps
• Update the order with changes in coordination with Order management
• Review requests for upgrades and create orders with correct references. Hand them over to order manager for fulfilment
• Interact with project management to ensure correct dates and schedule
• Interact with Order Management desk on completeness of requests
• Interact with sales support for incoming requests and get requests completed and correct in case of inaccuracies

• A professional master contract Fulfilment Orchestrator & Services Support Center with international exposure.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• >5 years of related experience， English for working language is must
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in coaching others in a team environment desired.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required establishing and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Advanced system skills and business skills required.
• Knowledge of Philips products and industry standards a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fastpaced environment. Skill in prioritizing tasks required
• Good organizational skills and aptitude for detail
• Ability to work under minimal supervision on dayto-day activities, maintaining a high degree of integrit
• Work well within a team environment to accomplish departmental goals
• Understands time sensitivity of things
