和医疗科技的其他相关部门展开合作，与场地工程师和区域经理密切沟通，并依据订单类型及Case紧急程度，合理安排工程师排程，为客户提供及时高效的服务体验，充分挖掘飞利浦产品优势，深入了解和参与整体售后服务体系。对重点客户Case 进行追踪，及时掌握Case 动态，为区域和销售业务发展提供有力的支持，为公司业务发展提供支持，服务客户并创造价值。
