In this role, you have the opportunity to

• Ensure the master data maintenance accuracy of installed base maintained in systems complying with Quality and Regulatory policies and procedures
• Ensure the Document quality of Service Annual report and on time delivery to customers
• Ensure make it possible to identify team value and contribute for business.

You are responsible for

• Maintain master data of Philips Installed base in systems to ensure IB data quality and accuracy
• Prepare Service annual report (SAR) and service data records for end customer according to procedure and Work Instruction
• Communicate with customer service sales team and Channel team to meet customer requirements, and maintain a good level of customer satisfaction
• Continuously ensure and improve the document quality of the SAR through regular management
• At all times, working within the requirements set out in the relevant work instructions, process guidelines and in accordance with Quality and Regulatory policies and procedures.
• Other ad-hoc job assigned by line manager should be completed with accuracy in time

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Experience: More than 3 years of experience in customer service field
• Service and customer orientation Networked Mindset.
• Familiar with SAP operations and Microsoft office software
• Good teamwork spirit and communication skills.
• Good English skill and data analysis skills.
