您的职责是 /

• 推进先进医疗设备的智能制造/精益生产/卓越运营领域的持续改善, 提升运营效率和生产力
• 了解和理解飞利浦医疗设备(CT/MR/DXR/Ultrasound/IGT等)的制造流程。
• 学习医疗设备行业的法律法规。
• 了解和学习使用飞利浦的卓越实践体系和工具。
• 学习和使用项目管理工具和流程。
• 了解和学习和推动飞利浦智能制造战略项目的实施, 提升运营效率和生产力

Your responsibilities

Drive Operation Productivity improvement by

• Lean Manufacturing, Operation Excellence, Smart Manufacturing in advanced medical system
• Drive strategic and breakthrough project to improve Operation Productivity

• 飞利浦医疗科技苏州制造基地，和飞利浦全球紧密合作，生产飞利浦全系列高端诊断设备：CT/MR/DXT/Ultrasound系统，和IGT血管照影治疗系统，交付到中国和全球140多个国家和地区，

要成功应聘本职位，您应当具备以下技能和经验 /

• 硕士学历，工业工程，供应链管理，工科技术类专业
• 有精益生产，工业工程，持续改善项目推动经验，和医疗相关领域经验者优先
• 诚实、敬业，具有良好的团队精神。
• 有良好的内驱力，勇于接受挑战，乐于追求业务成效和成长的不断提升
• 优秀的英语沟通能力，有海外留学及工作经历优先

Education and experience

• Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering majors
• Experience of Lean manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and experience in Medical System Industry is preferred.
• Honest, strong engagement and good team collaboration
• Self-motivating, love to take challenges, strong willingness to improve operation performance and personal competence and career development
